We seek to invest in high quality companies in South East Asia either by way of buyout or growth capital that meet the following criteria:

Enterprise value of between US$10 million to US$100 million

Distinctive products or services that thrive in South East Asian markets
APPROACH

We seek to provide growth capital to capable entrepreneurs with a real passion for their businesses or facilitate a buyout from exiting shareholders that wish to see their businesses continue to thrive under strong management teams
We leverage on our deep networks in the region, extensive research and reach to originate proprietary investments. QuinRiver's approach to investing process involves thorough evaluation and diligence processes for investor protection whilst promoting entrepreneurial sprit in the companies we invest in
